MedGrant
A collaboration between Deloitte and ApacMed to build a platform for Healthcare Professionals and Sponsors
MedGrant
Early on within the project scope, a small team was initiated to create a brand guide for the newly revamped MedGrant. To reduce friction that is the misalignment of design to development, a workflow was implemented and adhered to. This is to reduce the back and forth with developers that are working remotely.

First steps
The project kickstarted with stakeholder workshops to tunnel into specifics of the product.
How the content would play out, the logic that different departments would agree upon. And most importantly, buy-ins across the board to proceed with the product development.
Creating a DLS at the early stages helps cement the baseline foundation that other designers and developers will adhere to. This reduces friction not just between developers as they share the common language, but also designers who understand what components can be used to achieve the same results. Dramatically reducing repeated works.
